Homemade Peanut Butter with Mia Elia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients: 400g roasted and salted peanuts 2 tbsp Mia Elia Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp honey Instructions: Place the peanuts in a blender along with the Mia Elia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and blend the mixture for 3-4 minutes, pausing as needed. Once the mixture becomes creamy, add the honey and blend again for a few seconds. At this point, if desired, you can add 4 tbsp of cocoa. Your peanut butter is ready. Enjoy!
