Shipping to Greece: Products are shipped via SPEEDEX COURIER and the cost of shipment is FREE of charge.
Shipping to Europe: Products are shipped via DHL and the cost of shipment is 15€ per package.
Shipping to USA and Canada: Products are shipped via DHL and the cost of shipment is 30€ per package.
Shipping to Rest of World: Products are shipped via DHL and the cost of shipment is 35€ per package

Products that are shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
We are not liable for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur so we strongly suggest you get acknowledged about your local Customs policy before ordering from MiaElia.com.

You can cancel the adoption at any time by contacting us. Once the shipments that you have paid for are completed, we will cancel your adoption. For cancellations up to 15 days after adoption, a full refund is possible.

The methods we are using are biological and the same that our dad used to apply to bring the purest olive oil to his family. As we have just decided to share our family olive oil with the rest of the world, we will be going through assessments for 3 years in order to be officially certified.

Even in case of a bad harvest we commit to deliver equal high quality extra virgin olive oil to our adopters.

This would be a very nice idea indeed. The best time would be the time of harvest or any other time of the year you wish to visit our island. Please contact us in advance in order to be gladly expecting you.

Yes it is! However, as the olives picked from you adopted tree cannot be pressed alone, we also pick the olives from the trees around yours and press them all together.

Yes. You can choose the "ordinary" package in which the oil will be delivered in 500ml cans or the "variety" package in which the oil will come in preselected cans of 500ml, bottle of 250ml and smaller can of 100ml.

You will receive the Adoption Certificate and an informative booklet, a photo of your tree with the name you will choose for it, newsletters throughout the year in order to follow your tree’s growth and the extra virgin olive oil quantity that you will choose.

The harvesting lasts from the end of October through December and the olive oil is expected to be shipped in January, so as to receive the product as fresh as if you were there while the oil was being collected.
For those subscribing from February until August, the selected package can be sent, upon availability from any "orphan tree" of the previous year.
Otherwise, the subscription will be valid for the next harvest.

Wedding Favors are shipped within 15 days of order.

The adoption can last as long as you wish. The package price, covers a full harvesting year. Your subscription is automatically renewed, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
