We will pick the olives together using techniques that have passed down from generation to generation.
You will then be able to visit our mills and see the actual procedure of how the fruit turns into precious olive oil.
Our family is going to show you around our area, our groves and share stories over a meal, as we would do with our friends and relatives. You can choose to stay in Trigonas village or any village in the district of Plomari.
