Today we celebrate something so fundamental, that most of the times we take for granted and neglect.
Water covers 70% of our earth and quenches our soil so that life can flourish! We protect our water from pollution and never spoil it, because it helps our trees grow and it’s the basic element of our very existence!
So let’s introduce ways to protect the oceans and wetlands. Let’s increase the safe reuse of wastewater and, most importantly for us, adopt climate-smart agricultural techniques. We should learn to use water more responsibly since it is our most valuable resource by having in mind not to leave the poorest behind. Our responsibility is to respect all the ecosystem that surrounds us in order to produce the finest olive oil in an eco-friendly way.
